Our SOLVEX™ HR packages offer a simple, fixed price solution to your HR needs. Chose from our Basic or Pro packages. We are very experienced in CQC requirements and offer our own CQC stamp of approval on all HR files for your employees. We even host your folders and audit them annually for you - all included!

Chose from our Basic or Pro packages and bolt on whatever services work for you. We also offer training for new and developing people managers and supervisors, and can assist you in developing your leadership team into investigators, disciplinary and grievance chairs and appeal chairs too!

Our Pro package costs £25 per employee per month with a one-off start up fee of £750. It gives you a truly managed experience with a named HR consultant, new starter admin, policy and template library, managed personnel files including CQC compliance, free use of our advice centre** as well as exit admin. ~FREEDOM TO SPEAK UP~

Guardians

Speaking up should be part of day-to-day life, but it isn’t always easy. Employees should have a variety of options if they need to speak up about something that is effecting their ability to do their job. We offer an external Freedom to Speak Up Guardian service which gives your employees an option for speaking with someone external. Our guardians follow the National Guardians methodology and work with you to provide feedback as well as escalating matters which need escalation

~DISCIPLINARY AND GRIEVANCE HEARING~

Support

Even if you do not have a contract with us for HR support, we can help you by being an independent external chair for Grievance hearings, Disciplinary hearings, Capability hearings and appeals hearings for any of those meetings.
